Tour of Dundee
- September 2005

|
| After
a couple of drinks with the hosts it was back
to The Fort, for the much awaited "Bad Shirt"
competition. With almost a 100% turnout, there
were a number of title contenders. However,
Luke "Spartacus" Selwood had his entry disqualified
as he had been seen out in town in his shirt
just two weeks before. John Baughan's entry
looked more like an "Indian Squaw" outfit
and therefore could not be considered as it
fell into the category of fancy dress. After
much deliberation Richard Mills took the award
with his entry " A scene from Bambi". The
"Negotiator" and the "Reaper" took the minor
places. Phil Campbell was distraught to have
not even made the podium, having been one
of the competition favourites |

The rest of the night was pretty low-key,
with several players either getting off to
bed early in preparation for the following
day's match at Freuchie, or having a stroll
on the beach and reflecting on the days events.
Messrs. Clarke and Baughan were exceptions
to the rule by practicing the magical art
of "Quick Change", with the aid of one or
two locals. Meanwhile Luke Selwood won the
face painting competition, in which he was
the only one taking part.
